Member of EMPIRE Tennis Academy and TC EMPIRE Trnava Igor Zelenay played in Brescia after winning the doubles at Bratislava challenger. Together with Serb Ilija Bozoljac, they were once again successful to lift the trophy at Trofeo Città. It is their second title in two weeks.

Trofeo Città di Brescia is challenger tournament played in Brescia with total prize money of 42 500 eur, played on hard courts. Igor Zelenay together with Bozoljac battled for the final against third seed pair from Netherlands Koolhof/Middelkoop. These two guys have triumphed in September in Trnava at ARIMEX Challenger Open in our club TC EMPIRE Trnava. After dramatic ending, Igor Zelenay with Bozoljac won this match after three sets 6-7(9), 6-3, 11-9 and played for the title on Saturday. Final against Basic and Mektic lasted only 43minutes and Slovakian-Serbian pair dominated to lift up the trophy after two sets 6-0, 6-3. "We play similarly with Ilija, we both serve very well, and so it is difficult to break us. Our advantage is, we are both solid on return. We will definitely play some tournaments together next year," said Igor Zelenay for www.empire-tennis-academy.com website.

Igor Zelenay already owns six challenger doubles titles this year – Kazan, Helibron, Praha, Cordenons, Bratislava and now Brescia.
